Executive Chef Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Objective
To lead service staff and subsequent employees of Our Client to deliver servant minded service to each guest whether choosing to dine in or carryout with us. To operate with a strong code of ethics and be an example of company's values. Executive Chef is to be responsible for the items below, but not limited to, based on Ownership discretion.
Primary Requirements
- Shared responsibility of all BOH responsibilities for a single-unit upscale full-service restaurant
- An upscale / fine dining experience is strongly preferred
- Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
- Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
- Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
- Participate in sales programs
- Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
Qualifications
Proven sucess in an Executive Chef postion
2 years as Executive Chef in a Full-Service restaurant w / Bar (Upscale or Fine Dining experience preferred)
