A dynamic and growing hospitality group embarking on an exciting new venture! We are thrilled to be opening a state-of-the-art event venue in North Mesa, AZ, and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Support Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our launch and continued success.
About the Role :
As Operational Support Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our new event venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant openings and operational support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing key operational procedures, training materials, and ensuring seamless execution of events. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to transition into Hospitality Management or Training Management roles as we expand locally and nationwide.
Compensation & Benefits :
- 65,000 - $75,000 annual salary.
