We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 monthly bonus
- Medical, dental, and 401K
- Paid time off: 2 weeks per year, 3 weeks after 3 years
- Closed on 8 major holidays with pay

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire restaurant operation
- Source and recruit top talent
- Lead shift meetings and foster a strong team culture
- Maintain high cleanliness and food quality standards
- Create and manage weekly schedules
- Conduct regular line checks for accuracy, consistency, and quality
Qualifications:
- High-volume experience of $2.5M - $3M or more
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- FOH and BOH experience required
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to analyze restaurant performance through P&L, audits, and line checks
