DESCRIPTION :
Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to) :
- Work with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts on the development and implementation of HR Systems and Microsoft 0365 implementation and support.
- Provide program strategies, requirements analysis, and management plans to include research and analysis of new initiatives, and assist in concept development for future programs.
- Support short-to-mid-range strategic planning by developing guidance to align efforts with Army and DEVCOM long-range objectives.
- Ensure that the implementation of the aforementioned programs work in an integrated fashion and are appropriately supported and developed to guarantee a high and continuing level of efficiency to benefit the organization
- Assist with developing and providing a strategic view on the further development of Talent Management efforts in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future.
- Provide a weekly update to Government lead for purposes of communicating efforts to Senior Leadership
- Assist in preparation for meetings, conferences, and program reviews, reserving facilities, scheduling speakers, and sending notifications to potential attendees.
- Be capable of communicating, clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Be capable of performing assigned tasks with minimal oversight or correction.
- Have thorough knowledge of SharePoint as well as Microsoft Office Suite of applications, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
