DESCRIPTION :
Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to develop a comprehensive supply source database, including the materials required to accomplish the directorate’s mission and conduct on-site inventories and develop appropriate documents. coordinate the shipment of equipment to support HQ JEFS missions in both OCONUS and CONUS locations.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to) :
- Assist in planning and developing effective product support strategies, ensuring they meet established goals for operational effectiveness and readiness.
- Review and comment on contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
- Review system parts lists and make recommendations on the table of allowance.
- Conduct inventory control of GFE, repair parts, and supplies.
- Maintain and track single point of issue supplies in a database.
- Provide weekly reports detailing purchase requests and their corresponding status.
- Maintain logs and records pertaining to the directorate’s TAC.
- Ensure all shipping actions are in compliance with DLA policy.
- Ensure all required supplies are obtained and maintained in support of daily directorate requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive supply source database, including the materials required to accomplish the directorate’s mission.
- Conduct on-site inventories and develop appropriate documents. coordinate the shipment of equipment to support HQ JEFS missions in both OCONUS and CONUS locations.
- Prepare equipment transfer paperwork and coordinate the disposition of equipment no longer needed.
- Coordinate on-site logistics training for HQ JEFS CONUS locations. In addition, witness on-site training and document execution.

Working Environment : Must be able to stand and / or walk around for long periods of time; warehouse environment.
