DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is looking to fill a Project/Task Manager (Site Lead) position at Joint Base Langley/Eustis, VA.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Provides day to day direction for a group of subordinates.
- Provides expert functional guidance to employees.
- Interfaces with Government Management to resolve problems.
- Establishes priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives.
- Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor.
- Performs other PM direct support functional roles.
- Distributes and balances workload in accordance with established workflows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements,
- Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses and time frames for completion.
- Assigns work to personnel according to workload, ability, and priority of assignment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Defense of Defense acquisition.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and >15 Years experience.
- Experience supporting an Army acquisition program office.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills for teams in excess of 50.
- Demonstrated experience working with Contracting Officer Representatives.
