The Door Technician Apprentice will work alongside experienced technicians to learn and develop skills required for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial overhead doors. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in the garage door industry, focusing on safety, precision, and quality service
Responsibilities Iclude
- Shadow experienced technicians to learn installation, maintenance, and repair techniques for commercial overhead doors.
- Assist in the installation of commercial overhead doors, including hardware, controls, and safety devices.
- Participate in routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues with commercial overhead door systems.
- Learn to identify and recommend necessary replacement parts or upgrades for door systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Due to recent company expansion, we will be hiring multiple people for the same position!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
