Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee our landscaping team and ensure the highest standards of landscape maintenance and care. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Plan, implement, and maintain landscape projects including planting, irrigation, lawn care, and tree care.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health, appearance, and maintenance needs.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
- Develop schedules for routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation adjustments.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of garden management techniques including planting, irrigation systems, and lawn care practices and hydroseeding.
- Proficient in groundskeeping methods with an emphasis on landscape maintenance and tree care.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Ability to build relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during landscaping projects.
- Familiarity with landscape design principles is a plus.
