Responsibilities
-Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
-Solicits for new business via telephone (around 80 dials per day), networking, and other lead sources.
-Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
-Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
-Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
-Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
-Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance agent license in the state of Arkansas is required or the ability to obtain within 30 days. Will pay for all licensing and study materials and provide a bonus for getting licensed!
Sales experience is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-Motivation: Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Salary : $30,000 - $70,000
