Patrick Industries IMPACT Leadership Development Program is designed for recent college graduates who are motivated and ready to learn how to make an impact as a leader and grow a business where the customers’ needs always come first. Patrick Industries offers you specific information and intentional opportunities through the Leadership Development Program. Impact will provide you with the tools you need and show you how to develop the relationships necessary to put value and purpose behind your career path.

IMPACT has been tailored to assist in the development of recent college graduates who are motivated by a leadership career in manufacturing, sales, or finance, primarily serving the Recreational Vehicle, Marine, and Manufactured Housing Markets throughout the United States.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University

· Desire for leading people

· Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated and eager to learn

· High attention to detail and drive for success

· Prior Internship/Work Experience

· Strong belief and assurance of oneself

Summary

We have created a 1-year program that gives you a strong foundation for an impactful career in leadership at Patrick.

6 Month Exposure Experience: IMPACT will give you the tools that are imperative to succeeding in leadership role at Patrick.

After one month of learning the foundation of our company, you will spend 5, one-month intervals in Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety. Patrick’s top leaders in these areas will not only teach you "what" to do, but also the value and purpose behind it.

3 to 6 Month Immersion Experience: The time in this rotation will be dedicated to developing a thorough knowledge of the day-to-day operations at Patrick. This will be your chance to make a measurable impact on processes and people. Throughout this time, you will strengthen relationships with key leaders and build rapport with operations teams to add value to the team. After graduating from Year 1, you will launch into your first career role in areas such as Finance, Sales, HR, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Leadership.
