Responsibilities:
Maintains store staff by scheduling, recruiting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Previous retail apparel experience preferred.
A dynamic personality and enjoys working in a diverse environment. Candidate must have an upbeat and outgoing attitude.
Exceptional customer service and people skills.
Experience with merchandising and stocking the sales floor in a retail apparel environment. Some merchandise display or visual experience is helpful.
Candidates must be able to work well with others, work well independently, and be self motivated.
Ideal applicants should be organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and be a team player.
Candidates must be highly dependable, have a flexible schedule, and be available for weekends.
Duties:
Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
Advises customers by providing information on current fashions.
Helps customers by accessorizing fashions.
Gives fabric advice by answering questions regarding wash ability, durability, and colorfastness.
Analyzes style choices by assessing shape and size of customer.
Suggests colors, tones, and color combinations by assessing customer's skin, hair, and eye colors.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Customizes garment fit by demonstrating effect of alterations; calling on alteration department for implementation.
Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
