Responsibilities
Assist two Account Managers in servicing and maintaining our existing and new accounts by :
- Entering and maintaining complete and accurate information in our customer database
- Processing endorsements, audits, loss control recommendations, cancellations and reinstatements
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance
- Helping customers with billing questions
- Creating insurance proposals in Microsoft Word
- Interacting with customers and insurance companies to obtain / provide information as needed
- Documenting each interaction with customers and carriers in our agency management system

Salary : $30,000 - $40,000
