Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the dispatch department to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Track and report on dispatch numbers, ensuring timely and accurate updates to management.
• Develop and manage employee schedules, including coverage for shifts and handling time off requests.
• Act as the point of contact for all dispatch-related issues and provide leadership and support to the dispatch team.
• Monitor performance and offer feedback to ensure goals are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Assist in training and development of new dispatch team members.
• Work with other departments to resolve any issues or improve processes that impact dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatch or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using dispatch software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties if required.
