About the Role :
We are seeking a self-motivated Finance Manager with at least two years of experience in used car finance . This position requires someone who can work independently without needing to be micromanaged. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in subprime and prime lending , strong lender relationships, and the ability to structure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Secure financing for customers through prime and subprime lenders
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders to expand financing options
- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and efficiently
- Offer and sell extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other financial products
- Maintain a high closing ratio while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with lender programs, compliance regulations, and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve overall performance
