Description
You will have the unique opportunity to interact with all Patriot customers (including individuals, businesses, nonprofits and municipalities) and their account service and servicing needs, identify and recommend Patriot solutions, and connect them to other Patriot financial specialists.
- Represent Patriot Bank in a knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and connects quickly with customers in order to identify and understand their financial needs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to research and resolve complex customer service issues with limited supervision.
- Educate customers on the use of interactive teller machines and provide technical support while utilizing the video banking technology.
- Use a computerized system for customer verification, gathering relevant information to complete the transaction, validating information and performing video banking functions while ensuring they are in accordance with bank processes and procedures.
- Incumbent must be comfortable being on camera at all times.
Requirements
- Must possess computer skills with the ability to handle extensive data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Experience
- Prior call center, teller/relationship banker experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with banking applications (Fiserv DNA) preferred.
Education
- Associate degree, plus two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:15pm and Saturday 7:45am-1:15pm. This position will be required to work at least one Saturday a month (40 hours/week).
