We’re seeking a motivated Designer / Sales Professional that strives to be the best each day. Our perfect candidate is a self-starting, creative, enthusiastic, sales-based individual. If you possess relationship-building skills, the ability to ask questions to understand the needs of others, have the ability to make decisions quickly, enjoy problem-solving and have great organizational skills, this just might be the role for you!
We provide quality sales opportunities with pre-qualified customers that have called us needing our services not "cold calling". The job entails managing a strong pipeline of company-generated prospects, conducting in-home design consults, completing sales documentation, placing orders with vendors, providing details to installers, and following up on leads that do not initially result in a sale. In addition to meeting with homeowners, the successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, interior designers, and many others to maintain a network of potential business.
