Patriot Construction is a local commercial construction company seeking a motivated and driven Entry Level Construction Specialist. Project types include large-scale municipal and private commercial remodels, builds, water tanks, etc., working with a highly qualified Project Manager and Superintendent in Utah.
We build a lot of water tanks, and because of this, you will need to be able to lift 75 lbs and be willing to stay out of town. (We do offer Per Diem when staying out of town)

Qualifications:
· 6 months to 1-year experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate on the job.
· Have reliable consistent transportation
· Own basic construction hand tools, power tools, and tool belt (the company is willing to help with this if necessary)
Compensation starts at $15/hour and up to $25/hour based on skills and experience.
Personality should be self-driven, problem solver, good at thinking on feet, and staying on the job until the job is complete. Verbal and written communication skills and professionalism a must.

Responsibilities
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other structures.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
