About the Dispatch Trainee Position:
As a Dispatch Trainee, you will enter an intensive training program designed to provide you with the essential skills required to manage the critical communications within our operations. You'll work closely with experienced dispatchers and other professionals to ensure timely and efficient response to medical transportation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn the necessary skills and knowledge
- Work alongside professional dispatchers to observe and gain hands-on experience
- Handle incoming calls, assess situations, and coordinate appropriate responses under supervision
- Learn to use dispatching software and equipment
- Maintain communication with EMTs and other medical staff during transportation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Must complete all Dispatcher Trainee training, including AHA CPR coursework
