Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the performance of all psychological and assessment services related to the Command Assessment Program (CAP) for the Department of the Army, Army Medical Command.
- Maintain close coordination with the government contracting officer, ensuring compliance with contract terms and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, policies, and regulations, specifically those related to psychological assessments and leadership evaluations in the Department of the Army.
- Maintain quality performance metrics and ensure high standards are upheld throughout the contract.
- Responsible for monthly contract reports
