We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representatives. **Responsibilities:**
- Handle 12-17 inbound calls per day from prospective customers interested in life insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Educate customers on various life insurance policies and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Be computer savvy to effectively navigate sales software and databases.
- Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (company will provide support).
- Clean background check.

- This is a 1099 position/ Self Employed with the potential for uncapped earnings.
- First-year income potential ranges from $80,000 to $250,000 based on performance and sales achievements.
- On average, agents earn $9,500 per month, with top performers bringing in over $18,000.
