Role Description
We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This unique role involves helping customers find the right life insurance solutions tailored to their needs. There is no cold calling involved; all calls are inbound. On a typical day, you will handle around 15 calls. Our specialty is assisting clients in replacing their current policies with better options.
Responsibilities
- Handle 12-17 inbound calls per day from prospective customers interested in life insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Educate customers on various life insurance policies and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Be computer savvy to effectively navigate sales software and databases.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (company will provide support).
- Clean background check.
- Willing to commute to our Nashua, NH office
