We seek exceptional U.S. Military veterans from a combat MOS to serve as Mobile High Threat Security Operators. This position is for contract employment in a High Threat Environment for a prestigious and highly-selective U.S. Government customer. Selected candidates will be expected to provide mobile security solutions for assignments in sensitive, dynamic, high-threat OCONUS locations.

As a Mobile High Threat Security Operator (1099), you will provide expertise and support to PGI and our U.S. Government clients by providing operational advice or assistance supporting organizations in expeditionary environments. This position reports to the Program Manager.

The Mobile High Threat Security Professional will be responsible for the following:

• Provide security at high-threat locations in OCONUS austere environments.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with all Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures associated with the position.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
• Candidate must be willing to work in various austere environments; location(s) to be determined at the employer's discretion.
• Candidate must be willing to work up to 7 days a week and up to 24 hours continuously in some instances.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License and U.S. Tourist Passport
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Consultants must possess a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a combat arms MOS in the US military.
• Consultants should possess a minimum of 1 year of deployment experience to a hazardous location in either a combat role or providing physical security to the U.S. Government.
• High Level of proficiency with M4 rifle and Glock 9mm pistol
• Must be willing to deploy to austere locations for 60 – 150 days.
• Consultants must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former members of US Military Special Operations Units.
• Current NREMT-B or NREMT-P, former US Army 18D’s, former SOCOM qualified Medics.
• Proficiency in military, tactical, and commercial communications equipment, and procedures.
• Former US military trained Snipers or Designated Marksmen.
• Experience with open-source intelligence gathering techniques or former US Army 18F’s.
• Experience with managing or performing maintenance of an armored vehicle fleet.
• Leadership experience in a small-unit environment.

Physical Requirements:

• All candidates MUST pass pre-deployment medical screening, including a mandatory Physical Fitness Readiness test and weapons qualifications.
• Must be able to pass initial and annual drug tests.
