Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate daily financial eligibility and authorization activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure clear direction of activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of verification processes and technical solutions.
- Monitor and analyze operational activities to ensure financial outcomes.
- Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Manage key technology applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to dependable transportation required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
