What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerospace Manufacturing Development Program position at Patriot Machine Inc?
This program is available to hard-working, mechanically-minded individuals with a desire to become a highly skilled production worker in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside manufacturing experts to gain hands-on practical experience in multiple areas of the operations. Training may take place in the following key departments: CNC Machining, Tool Crib, Quality Inspection, Precision Finishing, Assembly, Machine Maintenance, etc.
The strongest candidates will be exposed to many areas of the business. Patriot Machine prefers to promote from within, so this experience will be highly beneficial for growth at our company. Development will be ongoing and employees will take on roles best suited to their interests and the company’s needs.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Person
- High school diploma
- Hard-working and driven
- High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excels with hands-on projects
- Ability to work nights and/or weekend shifts and overtime
- Trade school is a plus
