Qualifications :
- Must hold an active NY Nurse Practitioner License.
- Internal Medicine or Family medicine experience.
- Acute or Ling term care experience preferred but not required.
- Mange medical team.
- Communicate with attending physician'.
- Coordinate care of patient with family and physician.
- Manage various acute / chronic medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Focus on Quality of Care NOT quantity
- Medical Scribe to assist with administrative and documentation.
- Work directly with physician.
- Work life balance focused.
- Family oriented.
