Qualifications:
- Must hold an active NY Nurse Practitioner License.
- Internal Medicine or Family medicine experience.
- Previous rehabilitation and healthcare experience and will have.
- Willing to Train.
Responsibilities:
- Mange medical team.
- Communicate with attending physician'.
- Coordinate care of patient with family and physician.
- Manage various acute/chronic medical and post-surgical conditions.
