Overview
We are seeking 5 motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team as we expand in northern Idaho. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills and be adept at building relationships with clients. That said, we are willing to train individuals with a genuine desire to learn and build a career with our company. This role involves engaging with potential customers in a B2B and B2C capacity through a combination of scheduled appointments and door to door sales, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales success. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a combination of scheduled sales calls, door to door sales, and telemarketing.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
Skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in pest control, landscaping, or service-related fields or a genuine desire to learn the trade.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and data.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing is highly desirable.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Compensation
Our commission based compensation structure is simple. You will Make $80 for every new residential client you sign. Sign one new customer in a day day and you make $80. Sign five new clients in a day and you earn $400. Commission on commercial accounts is based on a percentage of their annual contract. Our team members' commission is completely uncapped. If you can sell, you can earn!
