Patriot Pipeline is a growing underground utility company specializing in providing high-quality installation services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help manage our field operations.
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing our field operations while coordinating resources, managing project documentation, and ensuring quality control. This position serves as the primary link between our office and field operations, supporting our crews and ensuring project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and coordinate with foremen on crew assignments
- Monitor crew performance and project progress to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to maintain project schedules
- Process and maintain necessary permits, registrations, and regulatory documentation
- Review and verify material submittals
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Manage project documentation and maintain organized records
- Coordinate inspections and quality control processes
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in underground utility construction or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements
Work Environment
- Office-based position (75%) with regular field visits (25%)
- Must be comfortable in construction environments
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
