The CSR would work 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Booking appointments for customers
- Outbound calling for VIP Member visits due
- Email appointment reminders to service agreement customers
- Assisting employees with purchase orders as needed or requested
- Coordinating parts deliveries for technicians
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Prepare all outgoing mail
- Receive inventory and deliveries in the absence of the Warehouse Coordinator
- Assist customers with completing credit applications
- Preparation of customer correspondence including thank you cards daily
- Surveying customers regarding work completed via phone and email
- Purchasing permits and requesting inspections in the absence of the Installations Coordinator
- Assist HVAC Installation customers and employees in the absence of the Installations Coordinator
- Follow up on estimates prepared by Plumbing and HVAC technicians
- Parts deliveries as requested utilizing company vehicle
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
