What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Cleaner position at Patriot Properties?
We are looking to add a full-time cleaner to help with multiple properties and short-term rentals we manage in the Dane County Area. This position would need to commute between multiple properties within 30 miles of Madison, WI. Patriot Properties offers a generous reimbursement for travel! The position also includes a rotating on-call weekend schedule.
General Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Cleaning apartment units after tenant move-outs
- Cleaning units used for short-term rentals
- Cleaning common areas such as hallways, stairways and property grounds of apartment buildings
- Available for occasional weekend work
Qualifications:
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Cellphone for communication and general knowledge of use
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
