Job Purpose:
- The Security Officer at Patriot Security Enterprises LLC is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism, while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
