Summary :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Patriot Services team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments.

CUSTOMER : Last night
YOU : I know how hard it is to sleep when it is hot! What is your t-stat reading?
CUSTOMER : 80 degrees...I noticed the unit was making a humming noise before it stopped working.
YOU : How old is the unit?
CUSTOMER : 10 years
YOU : IMPROVISE : Baby is crying in the background, say something here to show empathy or relation.
