Patriots Glen is hiring Cooks at their Assisted Living Community in Bellevue
- Pay is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
- Full Time and Part Time available
- willing to work weekends
- Food Handlers Permit Required
- CPR/First Aid required
- 1 Year Experience
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with the menu, recipes and special diet restrictions.
- Interact with residents on a daily basis to ascertain their views, suggestions and concerns on meals served at the direction of Food Service Director.
- Perform tasks as assigned on cleaning schedule.
- Maintain and record proper temperature controls, food storage and food rotation.
- Adhere to safety and sanitary practices.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Permit
- Must have an active ServSafe certification.
- Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
- Must be dependable
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be in good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must possess knowledge of safe sanitation practices, safety practices and special diets
- Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA
