About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team at Patriots Glen, an assisted living and memory care community located in the Lake Hills neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington.
This is a part-time, nocturnal shift position with competitive hourly rates ($34-$39 per hour) depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, and holidays.
As a member of our care team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to provide exceptional healthcare services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include preparing and administering medications, ordering and checking in medication shipments, documenting resident progress, and providing personal care and physical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer medications/treatments on EMAR per orders/policy
- Order and check in medication when it is delivered by the pharmacy
- Document progress notes and any change in the status of residents
- Complete resident treatments as ordered and scheduled
- Occasionally assist with personal care and physical support
Requirements:
- Active Practical Nursing License in Washington State
- Ability to work in Bellevue, WA
