Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Proposal Strategy & Development : Lead the end-to-end proposal process, from reviewing RFP / RFQ requirements to final submission. Collaborate with subject matter experts, executive leadership, and operations teams to craft clear, concise, and compelling security solutions tailored to client needs. Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements, Company policies, and industry regulations.
- Project Management & Coordination : Develop and manage detailed proposal schedules, assignments, and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of high-quality proposals. Facilitate effective communication among internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, operations, and legal, to gather critical inputs and approvals. Oversee the implementation of proposal best practices, style guides, and quality controls.
- Content Creation & Quality Assurance : Write and edit technical and non-technical content, ensuring messaging is consistent with brand voice and showcases the Company’s unique value proposition. Organize and maintain a library of standard proposal content, templates, and graphics to streamline future proposal efforts and ensure brand consistency. Conduct final reviews for grammar, consistency, and overall impact before submission.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs to inform proposal strategies. Identify differentiators and incorporate them into proposal messaging, highlighting the Company’s strengths, capabilities, and track record of success.
- Client-Facing Presentations & New Business Sourcing : Develop and deliver engaging presentations to prospective and existing clients, articulating the Company’s value proposition and tailored solutions. Partner with the sales and business development teams to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Conduct follow-up discussions and maintain relationships with potential leads to expand the Company’s client base.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and delivering status updates throughout the proposal lifecycle. Collaborate with external partners or subcontractors when proposals require joint ventures or specialized expertise.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting : Track proposal outcomes, gather feedback, and implement best practices to improve win rates and refine processes. Maintain accurate proposal records and related documentation for future analysis and auditing. Present performance metrics, challenges, and successes to senior leadership, contributing to broader business development strategies.
