Patrol Solutions - Security Officer - HCBID Public Safely / Bike Patrol
Shifts Available:
- Shifts will be determined at the time of hire.
- Multiple shifts available!
- Full-Time Positions Available!
Staring pay is $24.00 per hour with the possibility of overtime.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills and Education:
- Must possess a current valid CA Driver's License
- Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card
- Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit
- Must possess a current Pepper Spray Certification
- Must possess a current CPR or First Aid Certification
- 1 year of Bike Patrol experience
- Prior BID or Public Safety Experience
- 2 year of security experience
- Ability to read, write and understands and carries out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
- Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
- Reliable transportation
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Officer Responsibilities May Include:
- Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
- Conduct bike patrols, alone and with a partner.
- Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders. Utilize a smart phone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
- Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
- Maintain professional communications with clients and colleagues.
- Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire and damage to property.
