Job Description
This role will lead and develop teams to meet various obligations required for power generation at a Pattern Energy operating site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in all areas of the Pattern Energy operating site.
- Positive working environment maintained through discipline, morale, and employee relations.
- Hiring, training, and performance management of personnel on site.
- Ensure safe work habits and stop work as required.
- Meet or exceed production and financial targets.
- Local market conditions understood and facility capability data kept current.
- Facility performance monitored and abnormal conditions investigated.
- Regulatory compliance ensured.
Requirements
- Leadership & supervision experience in the power generation industry or military operations.
- Basic project management and computer proficiency.
