Job Purpose
The Senior Workplace Operations & Experience Coordinator performs a wide variety of day-to-day office operations and general maintenance services, which include a high-level of internal customer service and support. The job responsibilities also include various workplace tasks and will report to the Office Manager, Houston. The position is hourly (normal days look like 8am – 5pm) and the position is expected to be onsite in our Houston office Monday - Friday.

Key Accountabilities
- Be the face of Pattern HOU, welcoming and assisting visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
- Energetic, friendly, and adaptable, with a calm and composed approach to handling shifting tasks and priorities, even in high-pressure situations.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including desk setup, access cards, and office tours.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Canva
Experience / Qualifications / Education Required
Educational Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience

- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Flexible to work overtime as required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with basic word processing (Microsoft Suite) – Excel experience a plus.

- Proficient in managing and updating spreadsheets, as well as utilizing Outlook's scheduling tools for tasks such as inventory tracking, supply orders, and event coordination.
- Familiarity with using Canva to create flyers to inform employees about upcoming events.
- Work closely with the Internal Communications Department to ensure Media Boards are current.
