We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to take the reins and shape the future of Pattern's online presence. You'll be the driving force behind dynamic, user-friendly, and visually stunning web experiences that captivate our audience and elevate our brand. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your creative vision to lead the development of cutting-edge web interfaces and oversee the strategic direction of front-end projects. This role will primarily focus on implementing clean and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, leveraging Webflow to streamline the development process. You'll be a key player in our mission to accelerate e-commerce and empower global brands. Design and implement visually appealing and responsive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and project requirements Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS code that is optimized for performance and accessibility Develop interactive elements and enhance user experiences using JavaScript frameworks and libraries Utilize Webflow to create and manage web designs efficiently, collaborating with designers and developers. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the website's webflow and data metrics. 60 Days: You will begin implementing improvements based on your findings and collaborate with the marketing team. You will take on the roles of director, strategist, and executor for Pattern's website. 90 Days: You will achieve full ownership and comprehension of the website, making strategic decisions to optimize its performance.
