Job Description

We are is seeking a Communications Representative to enhance internal and external communication efforts. This role involves handling client interactions, coordinating messaging strategies, and ensuring clear communication across departments. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
• Manage email correspondence, phone inquiries, and client communications.
• Draft, edit, and proofread company documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in a communications or customer-facing role is a plus.
