Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $750 - $950 per week
Job Description: We are is seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to support executives and management with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate office and personal errands as needed.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy.
- Support project management and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation..
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
