Salary: $800 - $950 per week
Job Description: Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. In this fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating efficient communication between departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness.
- Assist in organization and execution of company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
