Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $650 - $870 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team and act as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors while maintaining the professional image of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
