Our BTs are trained to implement interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach students a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors, play activities, social skills, and more!

Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center/school
- Support children in socializing with peers and being successful in daily activities
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
- Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
- Experience working with children
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and physically support clients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Availability between 8:00am-3:00pm with additional hours available from 3pm-6pm
- Valid Driver's license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation
