Step 4: Candidates who are qualified will participate in an initial interview with the supervisor of the position. Finalists may participate in an additional interview, with an HR representative and/or with a manager. The selected person will be notified by the Talent Acquisition Team.

- Hiring, training, supervising and developing Behavior Technicians
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth
- Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practice in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner
- Provide Consultation and Support to families and children
- Collaborate with Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance

- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally and sound decision-making skills

- You are a current, regular full or part-time employee
- You have been in your current position for at least 6 months. (Exceptions to this 6-month requirement can be made by your current supervisor and should be consistent with company business needs.)

- You have not had any corrective action plans or following a performance improvement plan for your current position.
