About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Program Manager to join our team at Patterns LLC. This role requires a strong background in radiology management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage radiology activities, including tracking studies and submitting reports.
- Provide training and support to employees on PACS systems.
- Assist with radiology transcription issues and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Maintain and inspect radiology equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with clinic administrators and medical directors to ensure quality and effectiveness of radiology services.
- Develop and maintain radiology policies and procedures.
- Manage radiation protection monitoring program for employees exposed to radiation.
- Collaborate with finance team to maintain radiology chargemaster and identify areas for improved revenue capture.
- Ensure quality assurance/control activities are being done and prepare necessary reports.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiology.
- Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
- 5 years' experience in radiology management and supervision.
- 5 years' experience as a radiology technologist.
- PACS training and CT/MRI technologist experience preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations related to SEARHC radiology services.
