We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tech to oversee quality assurance processes, including micro testing and chemical analysis, ensuring adherence to GMP standards and maintaining the highest levels of product quality and safety.
Location: Allentown, PA
Duration: Fulltime
Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma (undergraduate degree preferred), with experience in food, beverage, or liquid consumer product manufacturing being advantageous. Must be flexible with scheduling, and have basic skills in reading, writing, math, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities: The QA Tech conducts micro testing, wet chemical analysis, and RO maintenance; ensures production QAFs are completed and GMP policies are followed; performs quarterly CFR testing; and handles various QA tasks as needed.
GMP & PPE Requirements: Must adhere to GMP regulations, including wearing hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses. Follows HACCP and SQF standards for food quality and safety.
Essential Duties: Includes performing daily and quarterly microbiological and chemical tests, maintaining quality forms, conducting plant checks, writing reports, overseeing corrective actions, and ensuring GMP adherence.
