Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform various CT procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional patient care during procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Typical Physical Demands
- Essential:
- Standing: 8 hours/day
- Sitting: 2 hours/day
- Walking: frequent movement between departments
- Finger dexterity: required for operating equipment
- Seeing: sharp vision required for detailed images
- Hearing: ability to hear medical staff and patients
- Speaking: clear communication with patients and staff
- Lifting: maximum weight of 50 pounds, usual weight of 25 pounds
- Pushing/Pulling: up to 50 pounds of force
- Continuous:
- Reaching: at and below shoulder level
- Repetitive arm/hand motions: while operating equipment

- Squatting/Bending: occasional need to reach low shelves or assist patients

- Exposed to communicable diseases.
- Current Hawaii state license as Radiologic Technologist.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.).
- Current BLS/HCP certification.
- Two (2) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility;
- OR One (1) year experience in Radiologic Special Procedures.
- CT experience preferred.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in anatomy and physiology, effective verbal and written communication.
