**Respiratory Therapist Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, management and evaluation of individualized care plans for patients requiring respiratory therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform resuscitation procedures, including CPR and airway management, as necessary.
- Conduct ECGs and ABG draws, set up and operate mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
- Determine treatment requirements, monitor patient responses, and consult with physicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, inspect and maintain equipment, and educate patients and families on disease management techniques.
Teamwork and Communication:
