- Implement 1 : 1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in clinic and home
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients and teach communication skills
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents / clients
- Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions Basic Requirements :
- HS Diploma
- Experience working with children (personal / professional)
- WA state Drivr's liscense
- Insured, reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues / Thurs
- Individuals who love working with children
- Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
- Experience in ABA
- Teacher aides or Paraeducators (we have part-time hours available after school)
- Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers
- Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
